It sounds like you have what is known as hyperkeratosis, or when the lining of your mouth gets thicker to try and protect itself (from the smoking). The floor of the mouth however is what is known as a ‘high risk’ site for developing oral cancer and especially since you have one of the most dangerous risk factors (smoking) it would be worth going to your dentist for your peace of mind. They may say its nothing or they may want to monitor the area or take a biopsy. Ne1 can get oral cancer

hey…am 19 yrs old and i use tobacco snuff..my gum are gone and even i can,t brush my teeth very well cuz.t it does bleed when ever i try . to brush them and

I’m 20 years old …
I’m 20 years old and have been smoking since I was 18. I’m trying to quit. I noticed a little bit of white on the floor of my mouth under my tongue. Not a bright white and not that noticeably but it kind of scares me.

Does anyone have an idea of what it could be? Is oral cancer common for people of my age?

dont worry about it bud. i got those to when i started chewing. the tobacco just makes ur lip raw from where you put ur dip but yea u should cut back though u dont want to get addicted to it or b4 you start betting lumps in ur lip
