What are the symptoms when someone has cancer and it goes to their brain?
My mom was admitted on 1/1/08 because of severe pain and nausea. They performed a CAT scan and found out that her cancer has metasticized to her menenges (outermost area of the brain) and spine. Her pain and nausea progressively got worse over the last 2-3 weeks of 2007.
As a side note, the MRI from early December showed nothing.

All of the above answers are good. It would depend what part of the brain the tumors are pressing on. It could also cause violent behavior and loss of motor control like a stroke etc.
