This is not a time to pretend that there is nothing wrong and isolate yourself from the necessary support of loved ones. Open communication can provide a strong bond that will benefit both you and your loved ones.

Don’t expose yourself to sun between mid-morning and mid-afternoon. You can significantly reduce your risk for skin cancer by scheduling your outdoor activities before or after these hours.

You have much to lose if you let cancer win. Your life depends on your victory.
